I’m having problems registering on the site, how can I create an account?
If you’ve tried to register and have been unsuccessful, it’s likely that your details are already stored in our system. Please contact the Ticket Office on 01942 311111 or by e-mail at [email protected] and we’ll be able to provide you with your Client Reference to log in.
How do I receive my tickets?
There are 3 ways in which you can choose to receive your tickets:
[email protected] – Your tickets will be e-mailed to you as an attachment on your confirmation e-mail. If you haven’t received this within 2 hours of purchase, contact the Ticket Office on 01942 311111 or by e-mail at [email protected] and we can re-send it to you.
Post – Tickets can be posted up to 3 working days before the game (e.g. 4pm on Wednesday for a Saturday game). If you buy after this time, the only options available are [email protected] and Collect. Please note, we don’t post tickets to countries outside of the UK.
Collect – Tickets can be collected from the DW Stadium Ticket Office, located in the North West corner of the ground. On matchdays, we open 4 hours before Kick Off, and collections are available from Windows 1-3. Please allow plenty of time, as there can be a large queue in the build up to Kick Off.
How do I buy wheelchair and ambulant tickets?

How do I assign away games to other Season Ticket Holders?
To do this, you need to be linked in Friends and Family. When logged in, go into ‘My Account’ and select the Friends and Family option. Here you’ll be able to link the accounts together. Remember, after you’ve assigned tickets to other supporters, make sure you click ‘Update Basket’ before going to checkout.
Can I change my address?
Yes, you can update details yourself in the ‘My Account’ section of the website. If you’re having difficulties, please contact the Ticket Office on 01942 311111 or by e-mail at [email protected]
How do I know if my purchase was successful?
You can check your Purchase History in the ‘My Account’ section of the website. All purchasers will also receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after completing their purchase.
I’ve lost my tickets, what do I do?
Please contact the Ticket Office on 01942 311111 or by e-mail at [email protected] as soon as possible, so we can arrange duplicate tickets for you.
What are the opening hours?
The Ticket Office is open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. When there’s a game at the weekend, we open 4 hours before Kick Off, or at 9am if the game kicks off before 1pm.
When do the turnstiles open?
All turnstiles open 90 minutes prior to Kick Off.
When do the Car Parks open?
Car Parks open 2 and a half hours prior to Kick Off.
Are tickets refundable?
In most circumstances, tickets can be refunded providing that they are returned to the Ticket Office at least 24 hours before Kick Off. Any tickets returned after this time will only be refunded at the discretion of the Ticket Office Manager, and no refunds will be given after the game has been played under any circumstances. If a game has sold out, regrettably we won’t be able to accept any refund requests.
For certain games, all tickets may be non-refundable once purchased. If this is the case, we will make you aware of that before you purchase.
